Magic has been a part of my life since I was 9 years old. My mother bought me a magic kit with four simple tricks. Tricks that included amazing vanishes and impossible solid through solid penetrations. I started learning card tricks from an e-book I found on-line. It was David Blaine's e-book filled with over 150 card tricks, but my journey into magic had only begun. It wasn't until my junior year of high school that I met Mr. Demers, my chemistry teacher, who was also a magician. He showed me how the physical sciences and magic were so closely related. From Salem high school I went to Plymouth State University and graduated with a B.S. in Chemistry. Now I don't just have cards up my sleeves, but a flask full of unpredictable magic. |
